First Confirm the School’s Board, Not Its Address
A school located in Rawalpindi is not automatically affiliated with BISE Rawalpindi. The correct board depends on the institution’s registered affiliation. Why the Gazette Cannot Yet Settle the Topper Question
The official SSC First Annual 2026 gazette page currently requires an institution code and password. It is not an unrestricted public PDF link.
The label “SSC First Annual 2026” also needs careful reading. A file can belong to the completed Matric result unless it explicitly identifies SSC Part I or 9th class. Access to a gazette therefore does not prove that the Class 9 merit list has been published.

The 2026 Rawalpindi Matric list includes institutions in places such as Daultala, Murree and Talagang. Those names are useful for the Matric record but must not be reused as the SSC Part I list.
What the Published Merit Record Will Contain
