Islamabad, August 9, 2026: Higher Education Commission Chairman Dr Niaz Ahmad Akhtar has discussed expanding cooperation between Pakistan and China in higher education, research, innovation and student and faculty exchanges.
Dr Niaz Ahmad Akhtar visited the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Islamabad, where he met Deputy Head of Mission Shi Yuangiang, Cultural Counsellor Chen Peng and other senior embassy officials.
